Many travelers experience confusion or missteps abroad because they aren’t familiar with local culture or customs — making it harder to connect meaningfully with the place.

By helping travelers understand what not to do, we make space for more respectful, immersive cultural experiences, grounded in awareness and curiosity.

We interviewed 9 individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those from Ecuador, Dubai, South Korea, Singapore, Chile, Congo, and Rome. Each had rich travel experience and unique perspectives on navigating unfamiliar environments.
